Sugaring Season is Here

Sugaring season is a wonderful time of year.

The Beginning of the year and the Sugar House!

    Everyone is dispersing the buckets, covers, and taps to each tree.

                                 Seperating buckets and bringing to the trees.

We had to bring everything out to the sugar bush because the snow was too deep for the tractor to make it!

                                 We cut and split plenty of wood to burn in the sugaring arch.
